Your commentary that accompanies this extra-ordinary piece reminds me of a passage Toni Morrison's Beloved. Baby Suggs stands in "the clearing" and says something like, love yourself. Put your hands around you neck and love it…As you can tell it that passage is like a set of instructions that I haven't forgotten. Your piece gives me a visualization of those set of instructions.

+Joanna Koziara I try to keep it interesting…. thank you my friend.
+John Getchel Sometime I will hug you with all 5 arms… LOL … thanks buddy.
+J. Henry Goins Thank you so much…. I sometimes feel that photography is sometimes more powerful when you can attach words to it… .words of self love, of inspiration, of self love, of emotion. Sometimes we forget them, and we all need to hear them…. and get power from them. Thanks again for your comments! 🙂

Oh man that would be awesome!! how's the weather in your neck of the woods? I need to head north and get out of this heat and humidity in Virginia!!

Thanks for the comments +Jaminet Rivera …. Sometimes I browse the internet and find an image that I really like… and then I say to myself "I want to replicate this with my own twist". This is what happened with this image. It initially was just an image I shot with another purpose…. I shot several individual images in different poses….. when editing them I noticed the possibility of creating that piece I saw a while ago and jumped on it. And this is the result. The words that came together later …. was a result of analyzing the image and reflecting what the image spoke to me!! I hope that answers the question.

+John Getchel it is hot and humid here…. it does not sound any different than where you are right now! Wish it was cooler….

+Andi Drew nice to see you around 🙂 Thanks for the words…. sometimes I try to do more than just put a photo out there…. and try to inspire others, as sometimes people inspire me with their images.
I feel that the words need to be said, because too many times we forget them.

+Ricardo Williams makes a lot of sense… I'm always curious about a person's way of conceptualizing images that really make you think. I'm glad you were inspired enough to create something so amazing.
